Pros

It used to be compensation. Now you will be micro managed into the insane asylum. I promise. I can’t say anything positive except for the immediate people you work with.

Cons

Don’t work for this company, you will regret wasting your time and effort. Most management were promoted because they were the grimiest employees on there team. This bank is rotten from the core, it bleeds down to middle management, which puts horrible pressure on their staff

Cons

Management sucks- there is way too much favoritism and some sups talk to you like you're 10 years old. Very little room for growth in this department unless you are one of their favorites. If you start in CS just know you will have a hard time transferring to another department. It's best to come into this company in a different area. It is very unorganized, and there is little to no communication Benefits are expensive and would highly recommend to not choose the Health Savings Account option as it is a rip off. You can barely take time off when you need to. There is always an excuse too many people are off in one day.

Pros

Citizen’s salaries are competitive compared to other financial institutions. Get a nice amount of vacation days. benefits are okay even though they go up every year but most companies do. Get most holidays off.

Cons

No work life balance, very aggressive in sales and incentives are horrible, eliminated positions so one person is doing multiple jobs. All branches are not consistent with one another so new hires are not being properly trained. They are being thrown in without much guidance.
