Pros

Great Coworkers, great pay and benifits. Overall a fun environment to work in.

Cons

Management for the Prepared Foods department is terrible. They don't care about their employees and will constantly screw you over with scheduling. It will become very clear early on that management doesn't really want their employees to make it past the 90 probationary period and will look for ways to make sure you don't get there. At the same time, you have to be a pretty bad employee not to make it.

You can always find 40+ hours if you need to, the store managers seem to really care about you.

Cons

With some jobs it seems that the work you do is worth more than your being paid. Co-workers slack off and you have to pick up their work load as well

Great hourly wage for the area for a decorator. I love my job, and the people in this store are great.

Cons

I work in the bakery, and we are always understaffed and the managers are lazy and manipulative. Super small bakery to work in, no dishwasher.
