Pros

It has nearly 150 years of history and with its connections and reach, C&G has an enormous capacity to affect people's lives for the better.

Cons

It has nearly 150 years of history, and unfortunately, this can have the side-effect of getting in its own way. Quite often, trying to affect any change meant moving at a glacial pace to make sure the change wouldn't upset in the process. Meetings about meetings only to book another meeting about that meeting. There is so much capacity for positive change, but the institute lacks the agility and flexibility to make it happen, and that's a shame.
