Fairly good work life balance if you allow yourself this (I.e ensure clear project plans and timescales, push back if not realistic deadlines etc.) Allows flexible working arrangements but everything’s a bit formal Friendly colleagues and helpful

Cons

Things can become really full on but it’s up to you to be transparent about what’s achievable and what’s not in the timescales. Remote nature can make you feel isolated and unsure what to do for first few months as you get to grips with the role
