Pros

Continues to be being strong on delivering its purpose and is making the necessary changes to ensure future success. Some of those changes are hard and have impacted staff but I think on balance they are the right things to do. Investment in new products and services is good. The brand remains very strong

Cons

Negativity of some of my former colleagues who are are cynical about the changes - if only they new what life was like elsewhere!

Pros

Worked in the IT department and it was quite a friendly department. The workplace itself was very organised, and the management were professional.

Cons

Could be quite demanding at times but that's expected when working in the IT department of a large multinational company.
