Pros

Good location (Wakefield Office), a few good employee's on the Campaigns Team.

Cons

Bully/clique culture within the Team Leaders/Senior Management. Do not take complaints on board. The Sales office is either deathly quiet or so loud you can't hear customers on the phone, due to coworkers within "the inner circle" screaming, shouting and laughing. Really uncomfortable place to be. Ignore the 'benefits' they put on the job listing, they frequently move targets so you never get a bonus, and are itching to put anyone on a PIP so you can't work from home. It's clear this place is a revolving door, same for the Customer Service department upstairs. Never heard anyone say one thing positive about working here.
