Pros

The culture of achievement and passion makes it an incredible place to work and feeling close it corporate level projects makes me dee so much aligned to the business and no just seen as a support service. It's a breath of fresh air bars around a brilliant SLT in the UK business.

Cons

I am advocate of unions and believe that we have the same overarching purpose and they should trust the management in that until something critical is highlight and I hope we can build better relations with the unions by ones that understands our business objectives; their rationale and on occasions the unfortunate impact of individuals. By at least ilunserstandin this ( whilst they may not agree) they are what decisions are not personal and involve other employees.
