Pros

- Great people - CEO who is passionate about the business - Fantastic development opportunities - Nice to have a bonus every year - Good holiday allowance - Great benefits package - Flexible working eg. working from home - Good communication between senior leaders and employees

Cons

- Stuck on the detail of the 'little things' - Don't get rid of slackers quick enough - Sometimes stuck on the process eg. won't look at changing salaries until a certain time of year even if your role has changed and you should be on more money

With our new Group approach to performance management we’re getting better at focusing on results so hopefully we’ll be less stuck on the detail and process. Pros

Most people would say it's the people and that is correct, your peer workers are loyal and hard working. It's changed over the years, to be expected of course. Big in its' field, well respected externally.

Cons

Definitely a lot of micro management. Lacks clear direction, lots of ideas but lack of implementation, certain individuals there solely to get to the top no matter what, if your face doesn't fit then you are not listened to. Treats external consultants as slaves and pays them poorly for work undertaken.
