Pros

The Group has a really strong purpose and clear values that run through everything it does, and really bring people together. It's also growing and developing a lot which means it's an exciting environment to work in. There are lots of opportunities to grow and develop, and the senior management team are really open and approachable. But it's the people that make this such a great place to work. Everyone really cares about making a difference and there's a real can-do attitude.

Cons

Collaboration across business units can be difficult at times. There has also been a lot of change over the years, but it doesn't always feel like everyone has bought into it which will make any future changes harder. There are also a lot of processes and policies that can slow things down at times - but I'm sure that's the case in every business!

Thank you for giving us such a positive review and recommending us, we are so pleased you feel this way. With a strong purpose focused around skills development it is important we offer our employees the chance to grow and develop and it’s great to hear you experienced these opportunities. And we have been working on the processes to try and cut them down or make them a bit easier! As a growing Group of businesses we’re getting better at helping people to understanding the Group structure and making it easier for collaboration across our businesses – we’d love to hear how you think we can improve on this point. Cons

Unfortunate government medelling means lots of repetitive paperwork. Comunication between departments - although improving when I left.

Pros

Staff are great, helpful and supportive; pay is decent and benefits are great; ability to move between teams easily; some on the job training.

Cons

In the Product department decisions were often made too late in the game and work needed to be redone to meet new expectations. It's wasteful and creates unnecessary stress on staff.
