This one from one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for to one of the absolute worst. I don’t know what the obsession with corporate world is nowadays or why people blindly follow anything and everything that some rich dummy tells them to do. There have been so many layoffs, even though the company is more profitable than ever replacing people that been there since the beginning with simple AI systems. The company does not retrain their employee employees that they will try and outsource or find cheaper labor. I truly feel bad for anyone that has to work there at the end of the day. This is your life and you’re working for some bad people. I know we all need money, but this is not how you treat others. Civic Plus went down faster than any other company I have ever seen.
