Pros

The offers a strong work–life balance and a generally positive, supportive culture. Benefits are solid, including unlimited PTO, which provides flexibility when workloads allow. Teams are collaborative, and the company’s mission-driven focus can be motivating for employees who value purpose in their work.

Cons

Despite stated commitments to diversity, there is little to no diversity in leadership or management roles across departments. Compensation is below industry standards, particularly in sales, where commission structures are relatively low. Additionally, the company has experienced multiple rounds of layoffs—at least twice within the past three years—which can create uncertainty and impact morale.
