      Small company atmosphere, rewarding job purpose (helping governments better connect with their citizens), promotions and raises based on merit, fun company outings and socials

      Cons

      Clients could be difficult (as with any company), occasional unrealistic expectations from higher-ups, compensation seemed low for the technical side and way higher for sales

      The company has extremely flexible work environment. There are also many opportunities to enjoy the community that are sponsored by the company.

      Cons

      Employees work lots of hours. Management sometimes seem to be on a few different pages. Communication often leaves a great deal to be desired.
