-unlimited PTO -great culture, considering it’s an online role -managers are phenomenal

Cons

-pay! They start you at 45k and say OTE is 70kish, that’s IF you hit quota -QUOTA. Selling to government is ESPECIALLY hard bc they are on true limited budgets and budget cycles. if you don’t catch them at the right time of year, they don’t want to hear anything you say at all. only 15% of all SDRs hit their quota every month , but they won’t tell you that -career growth, they tell you that you can be promoted to SDR 2 & 3 but after that, you have to pray there is an AE opening, otherwise you’re just stuck as an SDR 3

There are some micromanager, depends on what team you are on. The base pay is really low compared to industry
