Pros

Products are a good fit for the market. Although products are substantially higher than competitors the products are decent. Definitely not best in market, but not trash either. Unlimited PTO, sales teammates are nice.

Cons

Support has went downhill drastically, prices went way up. Getting the commitment from the client is the easiest part. Hard part is overcoming all the internal delays and obstacles. Too many cooks in the kitchen to get stuff done. Seems like departments are all hate each other.
