Coworkers (individual contributors) are amazing and the location is nice.

Cons

- Management cannot get on the same page. -Site leadership provides no support because they have no idea what they are doing. -Project management is a disaster. -Training is non-existent. -No career growth or framework. -Facility was built horribly and is falling apart. -No respect from upper management or global. -Management routinely belittles people for having ideas/solutions and then will turn around and take those ideas for themselves. -Parking is a disaster. -Work life balance depends on your group. Some people work 9-5, some people work 18 hour days routinely.
