We are doing some pretty cool things in the pharma space

Pros

Being able to start something new in the Pharma space is very exciting. The executive team listens to everyones input and answer questions in a very open and honest way. My manager listens to my ideas and let's me action them without being micromanaged. We are adults in a company getting out work done and helping patiences.

Cons

I come from companies where we do activities together and we get to know each other but since we have employees in Utah, Virginia and remote, we don't get to interact face to face with people that we work with daily. Again I do like social interactions and gatherings so for some people this might be a plus.

Job responsibilities can change because Civica is a young company and they are still trying to figure out all of their processes.
