Just like an angry EX will say disparaging things regarding your character so do ex-employees. Clarifire provides a great stable environment that has been unchanged for many years. When COVID hit they did not close their doors or reduce staff. Clarifire just reinvented the office environment providing great benefits and allowing flexible working hours and work from home standards for all employees. Clarifire continues to give new and seasoned employees a great working environment that you won't find in many larger and regimented employers.
Cons
You have to be accountable. You can't expect to not show-up and stay employed. With the great flexibility comes times when you have to roll up your sleeves and get things done. They only cons here are for people who don't have a good work ethic.
