CAUTION!!! This company's culture is moving in a direction that's the worst that I have ever seen. I totally agree with one of the other Glassdoor review who mentioned that upper management will motivate you by threats of job loss and write ups if you don't meet their unattainable and ridiculous goals. It does not matter if you have exceeded years prior. That will all be all forgotten.
Within the last year they have FIRED almost a dozen employees (if not more) who have been with the company for many years. Some have been top performers. All of their jobs have been replaced.
This place is nothing but and 100% numbers driven. You'll be expected to bring in MILLIONS & MILLIONS (no exaggeration) although there's not enough work to justify. Upper management knows this so they've become creative by making you renegotiation exiting contracts, expecting you to obtain steeper discounts. You'll also be expected to solicit providers types who have historically declined over and over and over again. On top of negotiating contacts, you'll also have to manage markets. This can take up to 70% of your time which is not reflected in your goals. GET THE PICTURE!!!
If you don't meet their goals they'll totally take away your bonus (if you haven't already been fired). Even though you've contributed and made the company some money, they will not even prorate it!
The environment is like a bunch of vultures. Everyone is looking out for their own interest and can care less about helping one another. People have been known to steal contracts. Upper management will not have your back. They'll throw you under the bus before it even drives by.
