      Pros

      Great benefits, you get a 401K, paid time off, holidays, and quarterly or yearly bonuses. Management does their best to train new employees. The claims department has some of the longest employee retention. Most employees have been there at least 10 years. They make you feel like a valued employee.

      Cons

      Can be a very fast passed environment.

      Job is for self starter who can manage time and has an aggressive to get settlements done in the shortest amount of time.

      Cons

      Can be tedious in terms of getting previous job verification. Once hired training is system only, you must be able to make deal work based on history & percentages over 12 month past history.
