      Pros

      Good benefits, PTO, room for growth and advancement. the staff is all very nice and down to earth

      Cons

      in the particular dept that i was in, there was growth, just not enough to really same a noticeable change in a pay check come review season.

      Pros

      I am proud to say I work for Multiplan. All departments work together in a professional manner. Everyone treats each other with respect. Summer hours are the best! Benefits are good. Company gives recognition good employee's.

      Pros

      Very positive and encouraging environment. Cannot say enough good things about Multiplan/MARS. I am part of a wonderful and supportive team. We work hard but it is very rewarding and progressive.

      Cons

      I really cannot say there is a downside, in my opinion there are not any cons. This company is fast paced and growing but for a company this size there is good communication and cooperation.
