      Its good that they are working to cut down on healthcare costs and coming down on waste and abuse

      Cons

      But they are not very flexible and are not very competitive in pay

      Data Analysis - New Multiplan Employee Perspective

      Pros

      Bright people. Interesting work. Great team. Clear business objectives. Excellent benefits. Highly supportive management. As a relatively new employee (less than 6 months) Multiplan is proving to be a great organization to work for. I would recommend to a friend without hesitation!

      Cons

      The complexities of healthcare and the ever changing business environment creates both opportunities and challenges. Healthcare is not necessarily a good fit for everyone.
