Poor insight to Planning Goals for Net Dev for the current year. Previous contracting direction neglected to ensure a provider rate structure would be acceptable for 3-5 years . Now there is a push for better rates, seems like Multiplan Network is always chasing its tail. Network Development dept is shrinking due to increased business going to sister company called DataISight. Professional Growth is limited outside of Net Dev Dept. Numerous management staff is unskilled & inexperienced with the contracting system limiting their assistance and knowledge creating frustration.
