Working remotely, I miss the in-person interactions with colleagues.

The company is at war with itself. Departments do not work together and competing products are destroying each other. You will not be paid well and any sense of value that you feel will come from your direct manager who has zero power. The C-Suite is incredibly heavy and over paid and continues to grow. Those in the c-suite continue to get huge raises and bonus payouts while those who do the work are left with nothing. The whole point of this company is to take money away from providers and give it to large insurers such as UHC. UHC also happens to be the insurance provided to employees and it is awful. The cost is high, the coverage is low and even if something is covered there’s a good chance it will be denied.
