Leaders have 0 idea what they are doing at all levels. CEO right down to your direct leaders. I've been here 5 years and my leader has never once looked at my work or giving me any constructive feedback. In my 5 years I have never seen a project reach the finish line on time or on budget. 0 employee promotions. I was given a title change from software engineer to senior software engineer without a pay raise. People making more than 90k have to pay more for health insurance to help clarivate afford health insurance costs for lower earners at Clarivate. They will tell you they can't invest in you or your career while executives are given millions in bonuses just to come to work. Your bonus will max out at 5% but because those same idiots who are getting millions set the goals you need to achieve, it will at best pay out half of what it should. Yours is based off of company performance theirs is just for walking in the door. Constant outsourcing if you invest in Clarivate just know you are helping push jobs to other countries. If your a leader at Clarivate especially within life sciences and healthcare, you should be called out by everyone for your contributing to a poor economy.

Confused management. No direction. After an acquisition, they absorb the product and ditch the people - push them away.
