Lots of work to do, never dull.

Cons

People are bullies, no career growth opportunities, focus of management is on what private equity owners want - not what is nest for the company. Not enough people to do the work properly.

Overall the people are generally nice to work with. Clients are great as well.

Cons

Company states how important it's people are to their short and long term success, however when it comes time to pay them they don't comp fairly. Current company direction: sell everything to every customer.
