Pros

My business unit is amazing. Everyone I work with is fantastic. The job itself is great. It used to have perks such as traveling, expense account and conferences/events.

Cons

The executive management team and senior leadership is taking extreme cost cutting measures that will ultimately be the downfall. They make sweeping changes that are not beneficial for every business unit. They moved activities to India. They set up an internal sales team in the middle of nowhere with low-waged no-experienced employees that are driving clients away as it is a huge change from our white-gloved, experienced consultative sales staff.

Dear former employee - Our CEO does care about our colleagues and is not sexist, Our most recent engagement survey resulted in a score a full 7 points higher than last year's survey. And the highest score by far - a rating of 93% - was how pleased our colleagues have been with how we have handled the pandemic. And we do not outsource jobs to India. We are a global organization with a significant number of colleagues in India.

Pros

Solutions are amazing because of our customers. That's it... Our clients make the best use of the information we provide them. Shame that the company doesn't invest more in their technology.

Cons

Too many to list. I was hired during a time where changes to the boiler room culture turn to more consultative selling. Unfortunately, the decisions made in the c- level and upper management is poor. The C-suite is full of old white men and the rest of the leadership is more white men based in London. The North America team has suffered from lack of leadership and support for investment in Sales people through training and development. We lost an American Global VP because C- level leadership approach through London. Recent changes are cutting jobs primarily in the east coast to a place in Arizona because the CEO wants an office near his home. Probably for wink, wink in taxes and reduced payments on talented, i.e. low wage college students in Arizona. Paying folks below wages to make up for the lack of infrastructure and lack of technology. Their goal is to build a boiler/ call center to further dissatisfy customers. Over paid for DRG and more... so they can layoff more people.
