Good benefits and pay. They had good work life balance but recently I've heard colleagues are being asked to go into the office for the sake of going in, not because it's more productive.

Cons

Hasn't paid bonus in full in 3 years.

Cons

Impersonal employer, lack of corporate vision, low emphasis on job satisfaction. I don't feel valued. They bought my company and took away any brand identity. Feel like my role doesn't matter

Absolutely none. Having a job? Only pro I can think of.

Cons

No transparency from management, poor communication. They do not promote good workers, they leave them to do all the work while they hire unqualified candidates to "manage" projects they know nothing about. Clarivate is known for buying other companies and running them into the ground.
