Pros

Pay is on the high end of average and they pride themselves in sustainability. They also communicate with their employees frequently.

Cons

Despite claiming to embrace DEI, its a male-dominated company with a very old school culture. If you are a female or minority, you have no chance of getting to the upper levels here. They just hired a whole new set of ELT (all white men) and despite claiming that they would interview for open roles at senior levels, they just hire their old buddies instead. In fact, they make reference in public, recorded forums to girls being “know it alls.” It’s very disheartening if you are not in the club.

We are working on important things that can really help the world.

Cons

The new CEO and exec leadership is undoing so much of the good culture that had been established. There was so much care given to sustainability and employee satisfaction but that is longer the case. They are enforcing a return to office that is nonsensical. We are a global company working across different time zones requiring often working odd hours but they don’t care. They want us back in the office for appearances only. They don’t care about their employees.
