Pros

Clarivate offers flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills and technologies. These are great motivators if you are lucky to get on a good team.

Cons

People actively engage in bullying. It’s not unusual for people to yell or cry in meetings. Management claims to have a zero tolerance policy for this behavior, but looks the other way. There is no accountability for bad behavior.

Cons

Words and actions of top leaders do not align. Initiatives executed hastily with little regard for impact on employees. Business units not trusted to make local decisions that impact their customers.

Pros

Some genuinely great colleagues...but they are leaving.

Cons

Extreme VC management mentality....everything is about recouping the over-valued sale price as quickly as possible and very little on investment in the business for the long term. Shoot, ready, aim approach to internal and external initiatives. Not truthful about real intentions regarding specific business units...creates an atmosphere of managerial confusion because of differing objectives. Watch the news for upcoming 2018 divestitures !
