      Pros

      Interesting technology, challengingnproblems to solve. Some excellent people work there.

      Cons

      There has been nearly 100% turnover at the executive level, and the effect of that is trickling down. The current management seems to be trying to cut costs while talking a good game about being small and agile, but they seem to be cutting costs out at the sharp end, not in the middle where the fat actually is. There's a real lack of communication that gets through the middle management layer, and there are always people dodging responsibility.

      Great people, bad management

      Pros

      If you are looking to switch from academia to business this is a good place to get exposure to multiple companies, get different experience and build up your network

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth No corporate culture No competitive salary No future direction from management No respect or trust in employees from upper management Most of the best people are rapidly leaving or already left, content quality is dropping, management does not do anything about it. Toxic environment.

      Feels like a sinking ship

      Folks at the individual contributor level are incredibly talented and smart

      Cons

      New CEO forcing RTO, which is causing talent to leave Low pay; employees are told not to share salary information, which is illegal Don't seem very concerned with keeping talent Leadership readily admits they hire for higher pay than they give raises for Poor bonus payouts
