Pros

A lot of good people that genuinely care about their work, but the good ones tend to leave

Cons

Toxic culture from the CEO down. No long term strategy other than throwing everything at the wall to see what will make the stock price go up. Essentially no women or people of color in leadership positions. All talk (for the street) and no action. This company and the CEO do not value their employees, only care about the stock price going up at all costs.

It’s a job. Not sure what else to say.

Cons

Every month, there’s a new hit to employees. We’ve lost countless benefits, including work from home flexibility, hits to our 401k contributions and now we’ve lost summer hours - a well-known, low cost benefit for companies that leading organizations are adding, not taking away. Soon, we will have to pay Clarivate to work there!

As a global organization we have made a strategic decision to provide a more flexible work environment to our employees with the oversight of line management versus dictated by formal programs like ‘summer hours.' Regarding our other benefits, we have done extensive benchmarking and are competitive with other organizations in our size and sector.

Pros

The people are great. You won't find better colleagues anywhere else. The products are interesting and you'll learn a lot.

Cons

Since the new CEO (Gear) took over, leadership has turned adversarial with staff. There's a new company-wide return to office initiative that makes little sense and runs counter to the "we're going remote, it's the future of work!" message the company sent to colleagues in 2021. The formerly people-friendly culture is turning toxic.
