First and foremost, this is not a bad company. However, it is now owned by Private Equity Groups, who will want to sell on in the next 3-5 years. Consultants have come in and driven a series of cuts which have seen job losses across Europe and North America. Years of experience has been ripped out of the company which, coupled with a chaotic system re-launch, have brought processes to a standstill. This company will be broken into pieces and sold off, so would suit individuals who are used to changing jobs every couple of years. If you're looking for a long-term home to build your career and expertise, this is not a safe bet. If you aren't integral to the big-money products, you are not relevant.
