* Constant change. In the last 4 or so years, I think there have been 5 different CEOs. * Internal systems are horribly managed. Even when we had to build new systems from the ground up, after separating from Thomson Reuters, the new internal systems were horribly built and managed. They're very cheap on spending good money to get decent technology. * For the last 6-7 years of my time there, when I had positions in multiple departments, we were understaffed and the problem continually got worse. We were expected to take on others' work when they quit and were not replaced. I worked so many weekends. It was awful. Way too much work to do and way too few people and other resources to do it.

1. Company culture is cost-cutting over all else. 401k match was cut by 1 point, healthcare is horrible and expensive compared to competitors. 2. It seems obvious the company's goal is to make itself as attractive as possible for another sale. There is no stability. 3. Reporting structures don't make any sense, there are no real teams, and too many managers. 4. No clear path to advancement
