Pros

- Some attempts to improve technology. - Good core employees.

Cons

-Management is in it to make short-term growth look good, without a long-term strategy other than to sell off the company. - Currently, the bean-counters are in charge. - Not a technology company. - Many employees are bailing out before the ship sinks. - Low Morale. - Constantly being asked to do more with less.

Salary was decent. A few of the people I worked with were nice.

Cons

Management is awful, focused on short term results to get to the next sale or going public (which I doubt will ever happen). Meetings constantly and nothing gets done. No one cares about the employees at all just getting results for themselves. Expectations to work constantly. The morale is extremely low. I wish I didn't waste my time here, if you have another option take it!

Awful senior management that is painfully out of touch with its employees. CEO in particular is a relic from another management era.
