Former ProQuest culture is now gone. Current CEO is clueless and actively killing morale. The RTO policy is terrible and nonsensical. Bonuses are down. Annual increases barely exist. Budget cutting and layoffs.

-vague communications from ELT lead to confusion, churn, and uninformed lay-offs. will likely result in the company failing more than it has already - The concept of ‘doublespeak’ isn’t far from what Clarivate professes with their company vision & values. I’ve coined this as ‘corporate speak’ in my home because the amount of bogus trainings, soulless memos, and disingenuous attitudes on customer delight and sustainability have worn me down. I truly do believe that satisfying our customers by providing a useful product is worth doing - but I think the company does a poor job of trying to build a good product. - company is building itself by acquiring other competitors and then lowering the product’s quality by outsourcing to non-US teams -many more, I really would not recommend Clarivate.
