      full time work from home option salary

      Cons

      Bonus - majority of bonus is tied to company performance - but company has consistently taken on large sums of debt in order to acquire these companies ultimately effecting the year end bottom line. Constantly buying new companies while not hiring the necessary employees to handle new demand. 3 "re-brands" and company "re-alignments" in 2 years Benefits leave a lot to be desired. Poor RX plan. High health deductible.

      The office building is nice

      Cons

      Mandatory work in office - regardless of comfort or safety levels Little to no product training and support with high targets Lots of infighting between managers and departments Numerous questionable practices results in high turnover Managers use non-compete as an excuse to treat people poorly Poor diversity throughout company, but especially in leadership Little communication and transparency regarding changes that affect pay Sales is expected to start their days at 5:30/6:00am and work until 4-6:00pm; many territories span multiple time zones meaning insane hours.

      Corporate Bullying at it's best

      Pros

      You will find that most of your cowirkers are very good people The social events and volunteering activities are pretty nice Pay pretty much aligns with market rate

      Cons

      Benefits could be better Corporate bullying from executive leadership No work life balance No clear direction, managers are not allowed to managed Horrible processes and systems HR is aware of the climate of the org yet does nothing about it
