While other companies are sending care packages to their employees, Clarivate is firing people over Teams. They pretend to conduct a (biased) investigation the result of which is firing people of color and immigrants.

I got laid off from Clarivate a couple of months ago. I was part of a company it had acquired. There were no clear reasons stated but luckily had something to fall on. Clarivate is driven by revenue and doesn't care about employees or their growth. They make the process for promotion convoluted so that people are discouraged from trying. I've seen preferential treatment for cis-white people where they were advancing their careers. Other POCs whether onshore or offshore felt like second class citizens and were less paid. I had nothing to look forward to or even incentive for being with this company other than the regular pay check i was getting. Believe me when i say that they pay much less than market but act as if they are doing you a favor. Look the otherway and don't look back, RUN
