The morale is terrible. The goal is to find things wrong with whatever all teachers are doing instead of praising them and helping them to do better and complimenting them on what they do right.

The kids, holidays off, weekends off, benefits.

Cons

Bad work environment all around. Administration/Management is incompetent, unprofessional and retaliatory. bureaucracy, dirty politics, nepotism, vindictive behavior not only staff but Admin....No fair treatment across the board but favortism/nepotism.The ESEA union for support staff is horrible and have connections w/CCSD management-not on your side they set you up to fail. This district has alot of $$ that goes to the wrong purchasing and distributing. Accessive overspending and then want the tax payers to foot the bill for all their luxury purchases for their admin/management.
