We were surprised to read this review because “Optical Assistant” is not a role we’ve ever had at Clear Align, and we have no record of the responsibilities described. That said, we take every comment seriously and use all feedback—regardless of the title listed—to improve our employees’ experience. Training and development remain a priority for us. Over the past several years, we’ve expanded our structured onboarding, added cross-functional skills training, and implemented new leadership mentoring so employees never feel like they have to “figure things out entirely on their own.” We’re continually working to improve clarity, support, and growth opportunities across all teams.
