All this company cares about are metrics and money

Pros

The only good part about his company were my other coworkers who also hated management and the company itself.

Cons

Management is horrible and does not stick to their promises. Getting a raise is pretty much out of the question, they would rather let you go. They expect technicians to help out in every area but other employees including managers will literally sit with their feet up on the desk and not help when asked. All this company cares about are metrics and money, and you will sell your soul to try to achieve.

Cons

The founder's lack of strategic direction and decision-making prowess resulted in a disarrayed corporate structure, leaving employees feeling disgruntled and demoralized. The exasperation grew as communication channels faltered, hindering collaboration and hindering progress. The founder's autocratic tendencies created an atmosphere where innovation ideas were stifled and dissenting voices were silenced, painting a picture of a corporate villain more concerned with personal power than the success of the company.

That's just how the managers were, cold and hostile!

Pros

Paychecks were never delayed, benefits were processed quickly when needed, including paid leaves etc..

Cons

Even when you get yourself exhausted daily from the hard work and stressed from the sacrifices you've made, management still won't bother giving you a raise! Because that's just how the managers were, cold and hostile!
