This review is for the UK business. Need to show more support to back office staff!

Large company with some chance of promotion or international transfers.

Cons

Back office staff do get forgotten due to them being based out of London - they do miss out on the opportunities given to those in the London office. hey are always being kept in the dark regarding the company's performance and future endeavours. The company is not willing to give enough budget to the back office staff entertainment - a small budget is given per annum for all social outings which must be shared amongst both the IT and Finance departments. The suggestion of doing charity work was seen as "using the shareholders' money to work for someone else" - not a great attitude to portray toward helping others.

Working on the sales team is the best work environment I've ever experienced. My co-workers are knowledgeable, supportive and highly driven. There is an ability to have a healthy work/life balance and it is fun to come into work every day.

Cons

Trying to get a promotion or a raise is next to impossible. They are working on restructuring but at the moment upward movement is non-existent.

I dont think there is any Pro's to this job, travel may be the only thing that lures in certain folks

They paint a beaufiful lifestyle of lots of contracts, long term growth & stable working environments with plenty of rewards if you work hard....However, I have been here 1 year and haven't seen any of this yet. We have office furniture that dates back to the 1970's, extension cords to power almost anything electric in this place, ripped carpet & poor working conditions are just part of the every day life at Clear Channel Airports. They do not use any reputable CRM program to maintain Sales Leads & Client Accounts, they promote unqualified individuals into managment positions who have no clue how to motivate a sales team whatsoever. I'm very sorry I ever agreed to this position & even more sorry for the people who have been giving false hope.
