This isn’t where you want to be if you want to have a career that is fulfilling and has growth opportunities.
Pros
Lower levels are mostly good people just looking to make something of themselves. If you are not looking to grow in your career and basically have a dead end type of job (ie the twilight of your career), this isn’t a bad place to work For someone who needs work experience, it’s good to be here (for 1 year tops)
Cons
As I mentioned, the growth opportunities are extremely limited. The pay is very low relative to other companies. The company is not doing well. You can argue that upper management here is not what you consider top talent, but rather people who have just been around a very niche industry for a while. If I was young or going into the marketing/advertising industry, I’d be concerned working here. Job opportunities outside the company after working here can be very limited because the company doesn’t have great respect and the experience you need to succeed outside this company isn’t great. The environment borderlines toxic because of how old school and outdated the environment here is. And I’m not an outlier review. Look at all the reviews. Currently, <50% would recommend this place to a friend. That says all you need to know. Don’t work here if you care about your professional experience and personal happiness. It’s honestly eye opening when you do leave this place and work elsewhere. You realize how bad the place is and how much it can waste your valuable time.
