Pros

Cool new office. And nice free drinks.

Cons

Company is a disappointing mess. Employees are treated as 2nd class citizens. Super high turnover results. People can't work for an employer who turns and burns the sales force like these guys are constantly doing. Good agents leave because they can't make a living off of lies and false promises. Disgusted by coaches and sales managers who are sex crazed perverts. Yes, it goes on. Don't pretend otherwise.

Pros

Weekly pay was good. The new orem site was good with more bathrooms and a better AC system.

Cons

Work Force is ridiculous. They wont help 99 percent of the time due to the call volume. Zero chance to get promoted unless youre a girl who goes the extra mile or a guy who plays golf. Thats true. Trust me. The company likes to ask more of their employees than they give back. No job security because they choose who is "in" and who needs to go even if youre a good employee. The managers belittle you when you voice concern and the advisor even called me names in a HR meeting. The only way to do well is commit fraud which the managers indirectly encourage but when the heat gets turned up, they throw them under the bus. They lost their top rollers multiple times due to fraud all the while belitting the true agents who carry the company long term. The cons are neverending.

Pros

Decent pay if you are closing deals

Cons

Never know what you are actually doing wrong on a call. Coachings never went over what to fix. If you're not in the "click" then you'll get fired eventually.
