      Pros

      Large company, tons of benefits, huge networks come out of it. Cleveland Clinic is a really great company if you're working in the hospital, but behind the scenes is utter madness. I liked the company and the people; they were all very supportive and nice, but I'm not entirely sure if I could give them a lot of plus's besides that.

      Cons

      Management is trying its best, but financial areas are understaffed, processes are incredibly slow and most of your day will be spent arguing with insurance companies on the phone. Pay is really good, so don't discount that. Cleveland Clinic will pay you well.

      Pros

      Medical Insurance was the best of any employers me or my husband had ever worked for. They also still offer new employees a pension plan that you are fully vested in after 3 years.

      Cons

      Manager of Department had absolutely no integrity.
