Caring and understanding throughout the entire pandemic

Pros

The company has been fantastic during the pandemic and understanding their employees needs. They've been transparent about every change that needed to be made and what we could expect every step of the way. They made it clear from the first moment that they were putting their employees first and that we should all do what's best for ourselves and our families above all else.

Cons

No cons to speak of now.

Tight knit without the sort of workplace drama you’d expect from a small company. There were endless learning opportunities no matter what position you were in.

Cons

They tried to establish some sort of company culture, but it was lacking in my opinion.
