Tight knit but without the drama

Tight knit without the sort of workplace drama you’d expect from a small company. There were endless learning opportunities no matter what position you were in.

Cons

They tried to establish some sort of company culture, but it was lacking in my opinion.

I've worked at several healthcare tech companies, all with similar job titles, and CliniComp has been, hands down, the best company I've ever worked for. The job can be challenging and demanding, but I feel very supported by my manager and the other people that I work with. For the first time in my 10+ years in the workforce, I finally feel like I'm an active participant in my work life and not just forced to go along with whatever is put on my plate.

Cons

More compensation transparency wouldn't hurt--knowledge is power.
