Good quality talented coworkers Autonomy in dealing with site support Technology support is excellent Middle management is very supportive

Cons

Top down structure can be limiting at times. Often support hours can run very long when issues are critical which can be frequent in an inpatient setting. Managers are often limited by the corporate line leading to turnover.
