      Pros

      Awesome free food every other Thursday. End of the year holiday party with free booze and food. Happy hour every month. Free coffee and emergen-C. 24 inch Dell IPS screens. Internet freedom. Great selection of free chocolates. Mobile charging station. Terra Cotta warriors, decorative waterfall. Collaborative area and nerb box/corner. Beautiful executive area.

      Cons

      Indigo cafe is terrible. Disgusting kitchen drain. Low grade toilet paper. Employees abuse one time use free coffee and water cups, it is horrible for the environment. Lack of recreation space. Minimal inter-departmental communication. Incomprehensible front door unlocking mechanism. Too many Toyota cars.

      You get to work in San Diego, CA.

      Cons

      If you have a passion for coding, you don't want to work here. They lack the desire to implement modern approaches proven by successful companies in their own industry. The CEO is so hands on that nothing gets done in a timely manner. They have no formal managers in the product development group. The entire product development group relies on a single server for development and testing. WHEN it goes down, the whole group goes idle. The pay is significantly below average for the region. The benefits are sub par. They like to advertise the HMO being 100% paid by the company, but it's a terrible plan. Office space is severely limited and granted based primarily on time with the company. You'll spend as much time fighting the inefficiencies in the development process as you will coding. No ability to use an IDE for debugging. GDB is the only supported option as all development is done on a single server. Leadership lacks a unified vision for the future of the platform. Projects that should take weeks are unfinished after months due to a lack of leadership.

      CliniComp makes an excellent product that has helped to save lives for over 30 years, proud to be part of the team doing something that really matters. Very innovative technology, CEO is constantly progressing our product and it is exciting to rise to the challenges. Nice environment, I like my coworkers and office is nice and so is the neighborhood. I feel cared for and appriciated

      Cons

      Can be very fast passed, but we get great stuff done. CEO is very involved and busy so he can be hard to meet with.
