Upper-level management is supportive and willing to listen to concerns. Team structure is very helpful and the work atmosphere is great.

Cons

Not really a con - you must be willing to put in the effort.

Positive work environment. Competitive Pay. Open communication with leadership team. Interesting field to work in. Intelligent and honest communication amongst staff. Fun company gatherings. Openness towards progressing as a company. Frequent employee surveys sent out for feedback. Mixed variety of friendly staff. Genuinely caring company.

Cons

None can come to mind for me at the moment.

Pros

W-2 benefits, pay rates for DSPs above average, pay for full-time BCBAs 80-100k annually with paid benefits, paid time off, company works hard to get feedback and they provide quality services, Team Leaders and Supervisors help tremendously.

Cons

If you don't want to work and earn your opportunities this isn't the place to work as a clinical person.
