W-2 benefits, pay rates for DSPs above average, pay for full-time BCBAs 80-100k annually with paid benefits, paid time off, company works hard to get feedback and they provide quality services, Team Leaders and Supervisors help tremendously.
Cons
If you don't want to work and earn your opportunities this isn't the place to work as a clinical person.
