We’ve found that case studies are the best way to ensure that people who join Clipboard succeed in their role and at the company. We’ve also gotten feedback that they're a great way for candidates to get a feel for what they’ll tackle once on the team.       Great Pay Cool people Unlimited PTO

      The level of micromanagement is absurd. This has to deal with the leaders in the sales organization not having any sales experience or knowing how different timelines come with each vertical. They say things like “Find out who the DM is and have a contact in their hand by tomorrow”. Anyone who has ever done healthcare sales knows that is IMPOSSIBLE. Your expected to have a daily write up of everything you did that day and detailed notes about the call in addition to what’s already in SF. They do not trust you to do your job.

      YC Backed, fast growth, new verticals showing up

      Cons

      Treats employees and clients as disposable, atrocious interview practices (5 interviews + 2 case studies or more to send people an auto reject email). Flat organization so you will be doing a manager job with IC title and comp just to make things work. Crazy turnover. (80% of the sales hires last less than 6 months)
